TiForce

We now supply the full range of TiForce Exhaust Systems, available for most makes and models

TiForce exhausts are built to the absolute highest standards utilising first-rate old world craftsmanship blended with the latest technology in the manufacturing process. All within the reach of the home of Japanese motorsport - Suzuka.

As well as stunning good looks, the lighweight exhausts deliver exceptional power gains, around 10bhp on most sport bikes, with no loss of power across the range. As well aiming for horsepower gains, TiForce have worked hard to smooth out the torque curve to improve throttle response and give instant acceleration in any gear.

The TiForce range covers the majority of currant popular bikes, offering titanium systems and slip on exhausts, as well as some stainless steel systems:

  • Most full systems come with conical tapered head pipes, a 4:2:1 design and oval canisters. Titanium systems typically weigh approx. 4kg (9 lbs). Stainless steel systems average less than 6.5kg (14 lbs).
  • TiForce slip on exhausts are supplied with titanium canister assemblies with titanium link pipes. It's not unusual to see gains on a par with competitors' full systems.
  • The stainless steel systems use the same dimensions and performance as the titanium systems. The polished stainless steel header and tail sections are matched with a titanium sleeved stainless steel canister.
  • Systems offer oil drain and filter access and unhindered ground clearance.
  • All high mount systems are supplied with flush mount rear turn signals
  • Replacement parts available.

Materials

  • All titanium tubing used is of the highest spec and is relatively thick .040" (1mm).
  • The surface of the canisters have been treated with chemical polish to achieve a beautiful shine whilst giving a higher resistance to corrosion.
  • Titanium and Stainless Steel systems will turn distinctive gold/blue/purple hues.

Fitting and Maintenance

  • All systems are thoroughly tested for fitment and require no modifications to body work. Where any changes are made, e.g. radiator clearance, parts are supplied in the kit.
  • Systems are supplied in several pieces. Assembly on the bike is as easy as making all the spring connections. All existing exhaust mounting points are used.
  • Once fitted the systems are virtually maintenance free.
